SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount within the contiguous Philippines. For orders outside the contiguous United States, additional shipping charges may apply. We provide tracking information for all orders, and customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to arrange for a return or exchange. We will issue a refund or exchange the product, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and is in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
